Hello! Luke and Sabrina here, we’re the co-founders of Live Sympl.
Our story began in 2020 when we were overwhelmed with trying to grow our careers while also pursuing our dreams of stand-up comedy and teaching yoga.
We found ourselves exhausted, working through the weekends, and eating every meal in front of our computers.
Desperate for a solution, we started waking up early to get ahead of our days which helped tremendously but the problem was finding a way to wake up early everyday consistently.
We tried everything — cold showers, deep breathing exercises, sleeping in tennis shoes, 5 am workouts, trying popular products, and even putting the alarm clock across the room.
The problem with all these is they either required a lot of willpower, we didn't look forward to them, or they straight up tasted like mud so we couldn't stay consistent with them.
We were determined to find a better way, so we decided to research how the brain works to figure out how to make waking up simple.
